TED Notepad is a word processor that comes bundled with a few extra options, compared to Notepad. The interface of the program is familiar to the one of Notepad.

TED Notepad provides users with a tool to quickly compose documents. While it has some excellent features, it also has a few missing pieces that make it an uneven experience. It's only when you take a look at TED Notepad's range of editing options and configuration settings that you begin to realize that although it's simple, it punches above its weight. TED Notepad is a freeware portable text editor for Microsoft Windows. The software has been developed by Juraj Šimlovič since 2001, originally as a school project.
